The 2021 JDR Software User Group Conference
December 1, 2021The 2021 JDR Software User Group Conference was run over 3-days of online sessions this year. Held in our beautiful new offices, our team shared the latest features in our PLUS product suite.
Understanding the value of networking at these events we even had ‘virtual tea breaks’!
Day 1, Clint provided a rundown of the latest features and product enhancements made to Allocate Plus. Followed by Brooke who gave a presentation to showcase our 2 latest products, namely Schedule Plus and Rooms Plus.
Day 2, was our day of interactive sessions, which provided lots of opportunities for ideas sharing between staff and clients. This is where we invite and encourage participants to provide feedback on new features we have in the pipeline for development. What’s currently working? What’s missing? How would you like a particular new feature to work? Is this new feature going to be of value to you? And so on.
The feedback was invaluable. And these ideas and discussions will heavily influence the direction of future product development.
Day 3, Covered off improvements to our authentication framework, and the roadmap for future developments.
